How to make a HTML page without an Internet connection?

• Open your NOTE PAD
• Write down the HTML codes
• Now save this by a name .htm or .html (e.g. webpage.htm or webpage.html)

             Using .htm extension is preferable as some users still use old version browser which can't read .html extension.

Now I am going to tell how can you make a web page with offline

• Now double click on the file you saved with .htm or .html extension. You can now see your first web page on your Browser.
• Ypu can do this when you are even offline.
• You can also use profasional web designers like ADOBE DREAMWEAVER
