when you access internet,windows by default limit your speed by 20%.
now you can free that speed.
follow these steps!
start>run>gpedit.msc(window will open)
click on "computer configuration">Administrative templates>Network>Qos packet Scheduler.
on right side click on "Limit reservable bandwidth".
click on "Enabled"
and enter "0" value there.
